Jüri, with over 40 years of experience in improving management systems in Scandinavia and the Baltic countries, has a deep understanding of Nordic business culture. His recent work includes managing a Finnish corporation’s subsidiary in the Baltic countries.

S.Santhana Krishnan is a Marine Biologists by Educational Qualification and has been a practising Aquaculture Consultant for the last 30 years.

​

Having worked in more than 17 countries over the years, Santhana possesses ample experience with many aquaculture species.

SUMIT GUPTA

Sumit has over 25 years of experience in various technology-related roles. He has founded and co-founded several startups, and have advised others on technical, operational, as well as business models.

 

He specialises in architecting massive-scale web applications, creating and managing engineering orgs, global vendor management etc.

Jüri has more than 40 years of experience in improving the management systems of private and public sector industries in Scandinavia and the Baltic countries. This helps him understand the business culture and development needs of Nordic companies. His most recent 33 years long work has been the creation and management of a subsidiary of a Finnish international corporation in Baltic countries, serving different client industries. The personal experiences gained through this help to understand the problems facing companies’ development and to solve them. 

His Ph.D. in Economics ensures his broader view of the development of the economy and industrial sectors, and is a good support for conducting various studies. 

Jüri’s location in the middle of the Nordic countries, proficiency in several local languages, understanding of local conditions and legislation, and good communication ensure client satisfaction. He is excited to use all these experiences and further develop them in the expansion of local-to-global investments between Scandinavia, the Baltic countries, and India.
